When I get scepticism on past life regression I have a few stories to prove this isn't just made up. Although those that do come to see me believe in past lives and know that they have lived many lives. There are those few that still question it.
When I realize a client is within the last century within a session I try and get more details, so with today's technology, we can research names and places. Here are few stories.
I had one client recall when she was a male living in New York city in the early 1900s. She (he) worked for a Newspaper and I believe was in charge of this print. The client saw the name and logo of the newspaper and told it to me. With some digging we found out that newspaper did exist in New York for a few years. She was blown away with the fact that this newspaper was real and had the same logo she saw in her regression.
Another client told me of a life within a German death camp. It was near a city, but she could not make out the name. I told her to put on glasses to see it clearly in the regression. She then spelled out the name as she could not pronounce it. I wrote it down. After the session I looked it up to see if this place existed. It did, right by a German death camp location. Did that just give you goose bumps?
In a session, the lives our subconscious brings up are choose to help the sitter either with a physical fear or emotional release, and yes even proving they are not making this up in their heads. In a way we all want proof of some sort, but trusting ourselves is what is most important. I'm here to help you understand and process.
I had one client regress to the other side. She said I worked in the Hall of Records (where all lives are indexed for each soul) I was a director and I helped people with their contracts, their future lives. I found that very interesting, and maybe why I was drawn past life regression. We are all here to learn our lessons and help those with their lessons. Earth is one big school room. Just think of me as a guidance councillor for you soul.
I hear a lot of people wondering why this pandemic happened. Sometimes it's a logical response of either the media and how our governments handled it to the more spiritual of what did we learn from this. In speaking from the standpoint of a Past Life Regression Therapist, we all decided to incarnate into this.... yes, you and I and everyone else. It is a shitty time, but in the past it has been way worse. Sometimes on Earth we need the hard lessons to advance spiritually. It's how we handle the lesson is what is important, BUT it also can hit upon past life emotions. Maybe your anxiety is out of control because before you or your family died in the plague in the mid 1300s, or of the Spanish Flu 100 years ago. These deep-seeded emotions can be triggered by our current events. Fear is our worst emotion. It creates panic, anxiety, depression. It's what I call our biggest lesson. If you wanted to learn about Fear, here on Earth it's what we feel most (I know I have done a blog on fear before but it is the biggest lesson). Now some say fear is a natural instinct. We have an instinct of fight or flight. To react or run. Our instincts know that, but stress, working stress, pandemic stress, our bodies only know the fight or flight. How many lives have we lived this way? I find those souls that are understanding, chill and don't worry about what is going on and focuses on what is awesome in the world have lived a lot more lives and have mastered their bodies reaction. Know anyone like that? Sometimes we might think them oblivious to the situation or frankly don't care, but maybe they just know how to handle it better, that or they are in another category of "avoidance", although those characters will seem more distant and less caring.
Curious to know why certain things make you feel like you need to hoard toilet paper. Just kidding, but also not. The fear of going without? Maybe it's programmed in your subconscious from lives before. Sometimes when we had lives where we had nothing, in this life we have a house full of useless stuff. Our current behaviour reflects the cell memories we have with us through each of our lives. Some hold us back in fear and those need to be explored. Book your session with me and let's take a trip back into time and try and let go of that fear.
Money. We have a love hate relationship with it, but it's our subconscious that can help attract or deflect it in our lives.
I recently had a client request a past life regression session for money blocks. She gave me permission to allow me to talk about it here. It was a very interesting session.
In one life she was a very rich young woman with amazing gowns and luxuries. She lived in a palace that her grandfather owned. When asked if she was happy, she was not. The people in town despised her for being so rich. She felt very alone and sad, so much so she ended up taking her life.
In another life she was a man who was a very successful Lawyer who was married and had a family and was very happy. He had a big house and loved life. Everything was perfect. He was then hit by a car and died.
In the third life we reviewed she was a man that was naked and living in the woods as he had nothing. The people were disgusted by him and wanted nothing to do with him. He felt sad and alone and died of cold and hunger.
So my client had some pretty good blocks, the first that if she had too much money, no one would like her and she'd be alone, the second was if she had everything, it would feel too good to be true as her life was cut short, and finally if she had nothing, she again would be alone and not liked. These were deep seeded in her subconscious mind. So in the session I suggested to unblock and let these feelings go. Most importantly she now remembers her thoughts and feelings around money and is more conscious of them.
The cool part was after the session ended the universe tested her. When she went to pay me through an e-transfer her bank said that it could not go through and that it was an issue with her card. I told her to wait it out until tomorrow sometimes these things happen. But her first reaction was fear, the lack of money if someone took her card, so she called the bank right then. I sat calmly insisting it was fine and she could pay the next day. The bank said to also wait it out. She tried again. I then asked her if she'd think I wouldn't like her or judge her if she didn't pay me now? It was then she clued in that she was falling back on her blocks. The fact that she just finished a session on money blocks and now she was then technically blocked from her money. It just shows the universe is always testing us and helping us overcome our fears.
What blocks do you have?
There is a theory that we tend to reincarnate with our "Soul Group". A Soul Group is a group of souls that help each other learn. We tend to be closer to these people than other people from other soul groups. So usually, they would incarnate as a best friend, your child, your spouse. Whereas, souls for neighbouring groups around you could be secondary players, like aunts and cousins. It depends on the soul dynamics and what lessons you want to learn and how they take on their roles for this life's performance. Weird enough sometimes the only ones we trust to play pivotal roles are the ones in our soul group. This could even be an abusive spouse. Can you imagine the most horrible instances with the biggest lessons could come from one of your soul group members? When you think about it, it kinda makes sense. When doing a Past Life Regression I will ask within the session if the people you mention are people you know in this life. Sometimes we can sense people in a regression of who they are to us now. This can help make sense of what their role is in this life as it pertained to the one you are regressing and helping you decipher your current relationship. So for example, say in a past life you were the worst husband ever, but now in this life you are the wife with the worst husband ever. It's a role exchange with our soul group to learn from. Book your session today to see who you are connected to.
Fear by definition means to alert us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether that danger is physical or psychological. Fear for your life is a good reaction to keep you alive. To essentially be aware of danger. Some fears can be psychological and be buried deep in our subconscious unknowing where it came from. Some have fears of water, fire, planes, dolls, clowns, anything can be a trigger. Some from this life, others from past lives. Those fears from past lives may be the reason you are deathly afraid of water but have had no trauma in this life. Others could be in relation to a fear. Such as a fear of dolls, you may have seen a child's death in a past life and that guilt has followed you and manifested itself in the fear of dolls. The key here is to actually face those fears within a Past Life Regression. Fear is an uncomfortable feeling. It can cause physical reactions such as shaking, feeling sick, even can cause depression. It's amazing how feelings can trigger physical symptoms of dis-ease. Fears can show up in your dreams causing nightmares. Fear can stop you from living the life you want. Facing your emotional past life fears can release them and enable you to live your present life in the way you deserve.
Sadness. We have all felt it, and some of us feel it every day. I recently sat down and meditated on being sad and what it stands for. The message I got was that we are missing something or someone to make us feel this way. We therefore have to understand what we are missing to fill that void from within ourselves. We sometimes think we have to look for happiness outside ourselves (go shopping, rely on others), but the only remedy is to heal from within. We mask our sadness with smiles therefore making it a habit of hiding our feelings to what is acceptable. Doing this will causes something deep seeded within our subconscious. With hypnosis, it is possible to look into the cause of your sadness. Was it caused in this life, or possibly in a past life. If in this life I would recommend professional counseling. If in a past life, then a past life regression could release what is missing or is causing you unknown sadness. Maybe in a past life, you lost a child and still mourn, maybe your soul mate left you and you still feel the pain. We tend to carry emotions within our subconscious to each life (deep seeded). Especially something strong like sadness or fear... I will talk about fear in my next post.
Once you have done a past life regression it gets easier to slip into the next regression and see the details. Currently I am a woman and mother of two in this life. In another one of my lives I was a 17th century business man. This past life regression I did was a group session. So it was a short look into a life that I needed to see at that time. You see I wasn't full-filled at my current job and and this life showed me what it felt like to be full-filled. When I regressed it was night. I was walking down a cobblestone road. Old wooden signs moved with the night breeze. They were made of wood and hanging by chains. The lamps were lit by fire and didn't ignite the streets as they would today. My shoes had heels and I appeared to be wearing stockings and a long jacket. I was older and under my arm I held my ledger from work. I had worked a full day and was proud of it. I was on my way home.
I would get home and sit in my chair by the big fireplace, lighting was low. My wife, who was younger than I, would tend to me. She wore a long dress with apron and she had brown hair, a round face and wore a white cap. We were not wealthy, but we got by. My dog by my feet. I looked at the fire admiring my life. My wife's energy resonated as a friend of mine I have in this life. Our house was small and we lived within the city. It was a quick gimps into a life I needed to see to know how a working a full days work doing what I love feels like.
Before I start a past life regression session, I ask each client to state an intention before I regress so we can look into any issues or situations that would benefit them within their current life. It's amazing the lives that the subconscious brings forward for their benefit.

What is imagination? According to the dictionary it states, "the forming of new ideas, or images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses." So basically images or ideas we conceive come from our thoughts. But where do these images and thoughts come from? When doing past life regression a lot of times my clients, and even myself the first time, thought that it was all in our imagination. Truth is, it is within our imagination. The word imagination came from the Latin imaginatio, from the verb imaginari ‘picture to oneself'. Using our mind's eye we can see without seeing. We associate this with consciously controlled daydreaming. Therefore we consciously make it up. During hypnosis, the conscious mind will fight the subconscious mind. The conscious mind will be saying that you are making this up, but the subconscious mind is sending the images that you need to see. How do you know you are not making this up? You will see things that you may have never seen before. Possibly historical facts and a life that would be hard to make up. You will see details, people, even yourself as another person. In fact, I have had a client lookup a publication they ran back in the early 1900s. It took some digging but it was found and around the same era. The internet is a great tool for research, but it would have to stand out as something specific to fact check. Our imagination is a gift. It helps us come up with great ideas, it helps us manifest our desires and it takes us away for a little bit when we need a break. Imagination is the key to the ever-expanding advancement in our world. I think we need more trust in it and where it comes from.
Dreaming has been a great mystery to everyone. Funny dreams where we are laughing out loud to nightmares that jolt us awake. Our subconscious mind brings about images that can relate to our day, our past, and possibly our future. Sometimes I feel we can tap into our lives from different perspectives. In this article, I want to talk about past lives. In hypnosis, we consciously look into your past lives through regression. But in dreams, it might look like a story, and the details may surprise you. I have had dreams where I'm a man who smokes and can drive a standard jeep, which I have never done or been in this life. In another, I dreamed I was working with people in a restaurant that I knew, but upon waking have never seen them before in my life. Dreams are created by our subconscious mind and therefore have no conscious control of our dreams when we are asleep. Unless you are the 55% that can have lucid dreams, which means you have some conscious thought within your dream to know that you are dreaming. Past life dreams are interesting because they will show you in a historic time-period with people you used to know. It's good to keep a dreaming journal by your bedside to write down these dreams as there may be a reason why your subconscious is bringing this life to the surface. Maybe something in the day previous happened that recalled something in a past life. At night while your mind is relaxing can open you up to seeing this dream. Another sign of a past life dream would be more like a reoccuring nightmare. If you have a fear of water and each night you are drowning, this maybe a past life death that happened and your subconsious mind brings it up when your consious life is in tourmoil or under stress as those where the feelings you had before you drowned. In that case you would need a past life regression to release this fear associated with stress and tourmoil in this life. My stress reoccuring dream is about tornados. I can't say a lot of people are fond of tornados, besides storm chasers, but I can say they freak me out. It's possible in a life I was caught in one and the fear resonates within my subconsious when my life is not in order. I myself am an avid dreamer. I have had a few lucid dreams but mostly they are odd and full of details and symbols. I find dreaming so interesting. I still recall a nightmare I had as a child. It must of been when I was in grade 4. In the dream I was at a big public pool. It looked like the 1940s. There were lots of people in the pool. The pool had a grassy hill up to a wire fence. A boy maybe the age of 17, he was blonde and possibly German. He was being chased by soilders. They surrounded him on the small hill up to the fence. He said to them that they will never get away with it and that's when they all shot him. I woke from that dream and went straight to my parents bed. I'm unsure why my subconsious mind showed me this dream being only 10 years old. Maybe death was something I was trying to understand at the time? Have you had any dreams that seemed like it was from a different time or place? Please share them in the comments below.
