Fear Not

Fear by definition means to alert us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether that danger is physical or psychological. Fear for your life is a good reaction to keep you alive. To essentially be aware of danger. Some fears can be psychological and be buried deep in our subconscious unknowing where it came from. Some have fears of water, fire, planes, dolls, clowns, anything can be a trigger. Some from this life, others from past lives. Those fears from past lives may be the reason you are deathly afraid of water but have had no trauma in this life. Others could be in relation to a fear. Such as a fear of dolls, you may have seen a child's death in a past life and that guilt has followed you and manifested itself in the fear of dolls. The key here is to actually face those fears within a Past Life Regression. Fear is an uncomfortable feeling. It can cause physical reactions such as shaking, feeling sick, even can cause depression. It's amazing how feelings can trigger physical symptoms of dis-ease. Fears can show up in your dreams causing nightmares. Fear can stop you from living the life you want. Facing your emotional past life fears can release them and enable you to live your present life in the way you deserve.

The Sadness Within My Heart

Sadness. We have all felt it, and some of us feel it every day. I recently sat down and meditated on being sad and what it stands for. The message I got was that we are missing something or someone to make us feel this way. We therefore have to understand what we are missing to fill that void from within ourselves. We sometimes think we have to look for happiness outside ourselves (go shopping, rely on others), but the only remedy is to heal from within. We mask our sadness with smiles therefore making it a habit of hiding our feelings to what is acceptable. Doing this will causes something deep seeded within our subconscious. With hypnosis, it is possible to look into the cause of your sadness. Was it caused in this life, or possibly in a past life. If in this life I would recommend professional counseling. If in a past life, then a past life regression could release what is missing or is causing you unknown sadness. Maybe in a past life, you lost a child and still mourn, maybe your soul mate left you and you still feel the pain. We tend to carry emotions within our subconscious to each life (deep seeded). Especially something strong like sadness  or fear... I will talk about fear in my next post.
